Very nice new villa, fully equipped. Possibility to make a bbq. Beautiful view of the Aegean sea. 5 minutes from Pisses beach and Porto Koundouros. I ' communicated with the concierge via Viber and she was very responsive. I was greeted by the housekeeper.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely stunning villa in Kea Island and I can confidently say that it was one of the best accommodations I have ever had. The villa boasts an incredible view of the Aegean Sea that left me speechless from the moment I arrived. The interior of the villa is equally impressive; spacious, clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need. The owners were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I couldn't recommend this villa more highly and will definitely be returning in the future. If you want to really relax, get away from the daily noise and people and enjoy seclusion and time alone or with family, this is the place to be. The amenities are great, comfortable and all is clean and NEW! Best of all, the view is spectacular!
