Our Story

Nestled in the heart of the Aegean Sea, Kea Island, also known as Tzia, is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Just a short ferry ride from Athens, this Cycladic paradise offers a unique blend of natural beauty, rich history, and authentic Greek charm.

Route of our vision

Kostas and Mathios, two brothers from Athens, fell in love with the island of Kea during a family vacation. Enchanted by its rugged landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and rich historical tapestry, they felt a deep connection to the island. As they explored ancient ruins and mingled with the locals, they envisioned creating a place where others could experience the island’s magic and immerse themselves in its culture and beauty.

How it started

Determined to turn their dream into reality, Kostas and Mathios purchased a piece of land with breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. They dedicated months to designing and building 360 Kea Villas, a sanctuary comprising four cozy villas. Blending traditional Cycladic architecture with modern comforts, they ensured each villa captured the essence of Kea. Local materials and handcrafted furniture adorned the interiors, while large windows framed the stunning sea vistas, allowing guests to connect with the island’s natural splendor.
